The door handle is gorgeous and such a heavy nice quality! I received an email letting me know that this door had several options and on of our choice was on back order, but they had an alternative ver similar option ready to go! I was pleased the communicated so quickly, and when I told them we can’t wait for the back order they were super fast to get the order shipped right away. I was impressed with both the quality and level of service. I will use them again should the need arise.
Found what I wanted overall pretty nice
I was looking for a particular door stop/holder which would havtitutee to ordered from the mfg. They suggested a good substitute they had in stock. This saved me tome and money. The item could also be returned within 30-days
