We understand that sometimes your needs or preferences may change. Therefore, you have a generous 40-day period from the date of receipt to return any item(s) in their original, unopened packaging. Rest assured, you will receive a refund for the full purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges and restocking fees.

Restocking Fee

In the event of returning or exchanging items for reasons unrelated to damage or defect, customers are hereby notified that they may be subject to a restocking fee amounting to 25% or more of the original purchase price. This fee is implemented to offset the costs incurred in processing returns, encompassing inspection, repackaging, and restocking procedures.

It is imperative for customers to acknowledge that should products sustain damage during return shipping to Apex Hardware NY Corp, we expressly reserve the right to reject the acceptance of the returned product. Defective or Damaged Hardware

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and carefully check for damages and order accuracy. Report any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours. On some occasions, you may receive separate shipments if products were ordered from multiple manufacturers. In the event that hardware is received in a defective or damaged condition, it is essential to provide photographic,video,etc evidence and notify us immediately. Upon receipt of the notification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product at our own expense and furnish a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item. We uphold rigorous standards in the packing and shipping of our products, and we expect the same level of diligence in return. All returned items must be packaged in a manner consistent with the original receipt to mitigate the risk of further damage during transit. It is imperative to emphasize that credit will only be issued for returned products that match the conditions depicted in the provided evidence.
