Free Standard Ground Shipping

Apex Hardware NY is pleased to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on qualifying orders over $250.00, exclusive of taxes, within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to eligible standard ground shipments only. Certain long, oversized, heavy, fragile, special-order, freight-sensitive, or specially handled items may be excluded from free shipping or may require an additional shipping fee.

Please review your order upon delivery and Contact Us within 48 hours of any discrepancies, missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, or visible shipment issues.

Note: Additional shipping fees may apply during checkout for select long or oversized items.
- Items over 6 ft (72 inches) may be subject to an additional $30 long-item shipping fee.
- Items exceeding 94 inches (7 ft 10 in) may be subject to an additional $150 oversized shipping fee.

Long and Oversized Item Shipping Fees

Some products require additional shipping charges due to their length, size, weight, packaging requirements, carrier restrictions, or special handling needs. Items over 6 ft (72 inches) may be subject to an additional $30 long-item shipping fee. Items exceeding 94 inches (7 ft 10 in) in length, width, or height may be subject to an additional $150 oversized shipping fee.

These fees are applied during checkout when eligible items are included in your order. The shipping fee shown at checkout may depend on the item, order combination, delivery destination, available carrier service, and shipping method.

In certain cases, an order may require additional review due to product dimensions, carrier limitations, freight requirements, address restrictions, order combinations, or incorrect product or shipping data. If a shipping adjustment is required, we will contact you before the order is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped using the selected shipping method or rate.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Orders addressed to restricted locations, freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or addresses that cannot be serviced by our available carriers may require an alternate shipping address. If a valid alternate shipping address cannot be provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, vendor lead times, special-order status, order volume, payment review, item size, and shipping requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders ship by standard ground service. Estimated delivery times are provided as general estimates only and may vary based on delivery destination, carrier service, product availability, vendor processing time, item size, and carrier handling requirements. Long, oversized, special-order, backordered, vendor-direct, or freight-sensitive items may require additional processing or transit time.

Delayed Shipments

Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, vendor delays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, vendors, incorrect delivery information, inaccessible delivery locations, refused deliveries, or events beyond our control.

Address Validation

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order.

Although we make reasonable efforts to review shipping information, we are not responsible for failed deliveries, returned shipments, delays, lost packages, address correction fees, rerouting fees, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided during checkout.

Refunds or re-shipments will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Deliveries to closed business premises, inaccessible locations, or locations unable to accept delivery may also be ineligible for refund or re-shipment.

Tracking Information

Canceling or Modifying Shipments

You may request order changes or cancellations before an order has shipped. Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, released to a vendor, prepared for special handling, or otherwise placed into fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Address corrections, rerouting requests, carrier changes, shipment modifications, refused deliveries, or returned shipments may result in additional fees. Any applicable fees are your responsibility unless otherwise determined by Apex Hardware NY.

Special-order items identified on applicable product pages are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed, ordered from the vendor, released for fulfillment, or placed into production. In rare cases, we may be able to cancel a special-order item if it has not yet been processed, ordered, or placed into production. Post Office Box Deliveries

We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Please provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.
